At Queen of Clean, we are committed to delivering the best cleaning experience for all of our clients. This starts from the second you click the order button, which is why we have created this simple guide to help you prepare for our visit. – Don’t worry, it is nothing too complex!

When we arrive at your property, we will be driving one of our vans which carries all of our specialist equipment. If you have a driveway, please could you ensure that there are no other vehicles on the drive so that we can park as close to the door as possible. If you know in advance that parking or access may be an issue, please let us know in advance so that we can come up with a satisfactory solution.

To complete as thorough and professional a job as possible, the less furniture there is in the room, the better. Before we arrive please can you remove as many items as possible, including small tables, lamps and footstools. Unfortunately, due to the limitations of our liability insurance, our staff are not permitted to handle or move any furniture. Consequently, the more furniture you can move for us before our arrival, the larger the area we will be able to access and clean.

Our system and cleaning method incorporates a multi-stage process that deep cleans your carpets and ensures the best possible result. This, unfortunately, prohibits us from utilising and over and back process with furniture or objects.

We are more than happy to clean underneath couches, chest of drawers, and beds if they are moved to an area not being cleaned before our arrival. If you are unable to move any large objects, then our stall will thoroughly clean around those objects and attempt to clean as much of your property as we can physically access.

Our advice to all of our customers is to hoover your carpets and tiles thoroughly before our team arrives. If you are having your upholstery cleaned, then please remove all of the cushions and hoover all of the sofa or chairs. This will ensure that you get the best possible results from our cleaning process.
Please note that any quotes we give over the phone are based on standard room sizes. Upon arrival, our team will confirm the price with you before we begin the cleaning process.

We offer stain guard protection as an optional upgrade, and it is one of our most popular services. We use state-of-the-art stain guard protection formula that delivers outstanding results and ensures that spills and stains are significantly easier to remove when accidents happen.

We understand that circumstances can change or that our customers may need to change the time and date of your booking, which we will always try and accommodate. However, please note that any booking which is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50 per cent of the quoted price.

At Queen of Clean, we aim to make every aspect of the process as simple as possible; we understand that most of our clients use our service because of their busy schedules. We accept a range of different payment methods, including cash, card and bank transfer. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work. Please note that card payments over £450 will incur a 2% carrier fee.
